Logistics
Each Relay member will run one 1.6-mile loop, then wait for the
other relay member(s) to run their loop(s). Each member of a
2-Person team will run 8 loops, and each member of a 4-Person team
will run 4 loops. Individuals will run the entire 16 loops. Note:
The first loop will be 2.2 miles to make an even 26.2 mile course.

Country Park is located off of Lawndale Ave. Park at the Natural
Science Center on Lawndale or the small parking lot on Orman Rd.
Timing
Each solo participant will be issue a timing chip. Lap splits
will be recorded for each lap.
Each relay team will be issue 1 timing chip. The
chip will be handed off after each lap in the "hand off zone"
